Fumbled ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website fumbled.io and the Fumbled mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)

Betting Data

When you upload bet history, we collect:

• CSV files containing bet records (dates, teams, odds, stakes, results)
• Screenshots of bet slips (processed for data extraction, then the image is not stored)
• Sportsbook name associated with your bets

Payment Information

We use Stripe and Apple In-App Purchases to process payments. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe and Apple handle all payment processing securely.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type and operating system
• IP address
• Browser type (for web users)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To analyze your betting history and generate reports
• To process your subscription payments
• To send you support responses and service updates
• To improve the Service and develop new features
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Apple — in-app purchase processing
• Anthropic — AI-powered analysis (your bet data is sent for processing but not stored by Anthropic)
• Resend — transactional emails
• Vercel — web hosting

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and betting history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data, betting history, reports, and support tickets are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard or the app. Upon deletion:

• Your profile, email, and display name are permanently deleted
• All uploaded bet history and CSV data are permanently deleted
• All generated reports are permanently deleted
• All support tickets are permanently deleted
• Your active subscription (if any) is cancelled
• Deletion is processed within 30 days

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (see Section 6)
• Export your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The app is rated 17+ due to references to gambling content.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
